Loosen up those ankles before kiteboarding...
Lets face it. Kiteboarding is savage on the body, and who really thinks about the ankles?
This routine you can do before going for a session.
It'll warm up your muscles & ligaments making them ready for action.
Calf raises are also shown; go easy at first as it's easy to injure yourself until you get used to it.
These exercises are pretty basic .. but ... if you don't keep your body in good flexable working order, it won't be as basic as sitting on the couch when you have a sprained ankle!!
Of course ... if you feel pain, stop and consult a doctor. :-)
