I was talking to someone recently and they mentioned a 60 year old car.. I thought cripes that's old! Then I realised it's the same age as me..
Heck, my first car was a 61 year old model. Well, 61 years today, a 1959 Triumph TR-3. No, I bought it used and drove it until I got rear-ended while driving to physics class.

When I discovered taking 5 grams creatine mono phosphate before sessions really boosted my strength, and taking it afterwards kept me from getting sore, and the next day when I was sore after an epic session taking it again and the soreness going away! When I was young and got sore I suffered through it!
