Checked with a couple of police mates today - all of the opinion that surfing on your own for up to an hour was acceptable . Fishing on the other hand was a bit of a grey area - especially if the boat trailer is seen sitting at the boat ramp - bit of a giveaway

Ill be training in the morning in pairs. Scaling down the intensity like garmin suggest. Its time just to maintain fitness without pushing the body and stressing the immune system. Z2 and z3 only. The goal is to stay healthy and have some fitness if its needed later . Hopefully not

The doctors said i survived dying 5 times 6 years because of my fitness.
Im not going to let that go in case i need again.
Im going to keep my fitness as safe as possible and within the guidelines provided by the government which 2 people apart 1.5 mts and you are allowed to exercise

You do what you have do.

Beware the tenants that can't ,(or won't ) pay rent..I'm stressing that call is coming..nothing you can do about it. Seems it's all about tenant support, (I know people are struggling, but house costs don't go away)..maybe some landlord support also..hold on rates and utility charges??
By the way sounds like a lovely old place..Just finished a reno' on an old turn of the century limestone cottage in Freo'..uncovered amazing New Zealand Kauri boards..(now I'm on white ant prevention mission..)

Yeah they don't build em like that any more..basically limestone boulders held together with a mix of sand/lime/mud,(no mortar back then)..but the walls are about 500mil thick!..that's what keeps it upright!

The Italians came along in the 50's/60's and rendered all the old stone places to make them look modern! we stripped off the render to expose the stone and pointed up the joints..looks amazing.

Mate I could talk to you for hours about your build. Biggest thing I love is the craftsmanship on old homes.I was at Edinburgh castle in Scotland in the same room Mary queen of Scott's lived in. The ceiling was an amazing woodwork with not 1 nail used I was told. This is my drug I love that ****.

I don't know about craftsmanship..bunch of convicts using what ever they found lying around..however it's stood the test of time, love that musty old smell, (bugger..that reminds me I've got some rising damp to sort!)

Bit confusing - heard this morning on Tasmanian ABC radio we can still take the boat out - as long as we put the boat in locally ( walking distance ) and the boat is big enough to stay 1 and 1/2 a meters apart . That could change by tomorrow . Seems the rules are getting tighter day by day .
