Have had ongoing achilles and knee issues. Bought a "healing board" off buy and sell. Putting my surf sups in storage for time being - new racks under house. The board is a "Sunova One" Had a couple of surfs and today was exactly what I need to heal. Big stable board, small surf and no PAIN!

This is my local break. There were out of state numberplates in the carpark - they stuck out in the surf which was predominately locals.

Good on you Steve!
I reckon you would've been super stoked catching a few of those little peelers on yr new stick!
Looked like it would've been a very pleasant session for you mate!
Keep gettin stuck in man - that's what it's all about!

Trying out Foilski as part of the healing process - got a few laughs in the carpark plus amazement. Hard to judge height out of water and keep on even keel ( so to speak )

this wave seemed like I was actually in control for a short time - after viewing, I was lower in the water - beneficial?

Thanks Steve
