Hello all
Im looking to repair/ tidy up a few chips etc on a naish mana.
looking back a few ooold threads I think the colour used is
Pantone 123c???
as a novice is there any advice as to what type of paint I should be using ... where to get in Perth..or I've seen the suggested nail polish??
they are all superficial from kids or stacking to transport, but a couple edge a 5c size.
the board itself is water tight,
cheers!

I'm doing likewise to the white surface of a Jimmy Lewis Supertech so if anyone knows the paint code or can suggest an off the shelf auto spray can that is close enough that would be appreciated. Cheers Slack

Really hard to repair small chips without doing a bigger surrounding area.
Sanding filler destroys the surrounding undamaged paint.
I'm very amateur, but have found filling, spray painting without masking (to avoid an edge), and then clear coating looks good the further you stand away from it.
Colour not critical, and you can hide more with new railsaver over the top.
But be aware railsaver will lift new paint if you try to move it.

For the colors, just ask the manufacturer. I advise to directly ask the brand of facebook if they have a page there, they tend to answer more this way than going trough the shops or emailing them.

Then, try to get touch-up pens of the proper reference used for cars on the web (and varnish). As practical as nail polish.

Touch up pens are great also for bigger repairs: you touch up the color, then spray paint over it. This way you do not have to do tons of spray layers to mask the black or white of the repair.
