Has anyone tried the new 2014 nhp or 50/50 boards?

They aren't in Australia yet. Mostly small tweaks this season and the 50fifty going back towards the feel of the 2011 model.

The 2hd is worth a run on as a fast freeride / freestyle

Yeah, I use to love my old NHP (2012), until I forgot to tie it down on the roof. I have ridden the 2011 2hD and like it, but would prefer more rocker, and like the grip from the channels with small fins. Going to try to demo the new nhp and the fifty...

Try King of water sports in UK for new 2014 models in stock.cheap or
sydney kite power for great service but delayed models.
I have purchased few times from them and always no prob except
they charge for freight when site says free international freight
on purchase over 100 pound.
my board is 2013 t5 which is so smooth and OK upwind.

They won't actually have stock yet as nobody does.
We have 2013 T5 boards for $720 delivered in Aus with a 3 year warranty.
They are asking $841 plus freight and no warranty in Australia.

Their website would beg to differ.... Maybe that price for a 2012 board

Bris kites!
you might find that if you select a 2014 nobile from King of water sports which IS avalable now
it is minus VAT which brings it to $700 with board bag.
They are available to phone at 8.30pm which works out with there shop hours.
Not sure about warranty but how many boards have I broken from new, zero.
Kitepower in sydney only are the guys to try first .
who hasnt been frustrated buy young guys in kite shops who claim to know it all is what us older guys find
all the time then resort to the net.

Well there you go, lucky buggers got them first.
Yes unfortunately the government makes Australian retailers pay GST.
Hopefully we get the new boards here soon

2 thing you forgot, if its for overseas the vat is scrapped which is 20% also this month the is 70 pounds deducted on items over 500 pounds, deduct that from your total and youll be about right, the aussies need to sort something out to put things on an even scale for our shops, and with rumours of a gst rise its gonna be even harder for the retailer, one of the main points though is most of a dealers gear comes from an importer or distributor, which adds cost to them and us, where in the uk most shops are dealing direct with the company,
