3/2 with no booty if you are from Victoria . If you kite on warm water all the time will be 4/5 with booty
Peru is divided south , central , north. South is cold like San Francisco, CA during winter, central 3/2mm wetsuit is ok and north area is warmer 3/2mm with no boots

Summer time is warm everywhere

surf is all year. Nov to Feb North swells with occasional south swells. From April to Sept big south swell all the time. I could said never flat. Wind is a different story. Pacasmayo has wind all winter and occasional during summer light winds. A 12 meter is a must but are days you need a 8 meters or less. The north of Peru during winter 12 meter but depending of your skills and board smaller kites. In the Paracas flat water and some waves 12 meter most of the time with occasional 8 meter days. The south of Peru from 12 to 5 meters on the same day for example punta caballas but is off shore with none around.

most of the wind is thermal from the dessert, side off shore or off shore

North Peru

central peru
